TR-MAGNET manual cutters allow for intensive cutting of ceramic tiles, especially when we refer to BIII type and stoneware tiles of BIIa type, but they also offer us optimum performance in the frequent cutting of porcelain tiles (BIa type) with thicknesses of less than 15 mm.

The multipoint breaker of RUBI TR-MAGNET manual cutters ensures perfect cutting quality in the execution of diagonal cuts from end to end.
On the other hand, the TR-MAGNET stands out due to having a system fitted with the separator assembly, which allows the operator to work with one hand.

The MAGNET system locks the breaker, making it easier to score the ceramic tile and with better visibility. On the other hand, by simply moving the lever upwards, we set the breaker which will allow us to apply the 800 kg maximum power and obtain a clean and precise cut.

All models in the range of TR-MAGNET manual cutters feature a central pivot swivel square for quick and precise measurement of angular cuts in the -45º to 0° to 45° range. The square is completed with a technical plastic lateral stop that allows pieces to be fixed in repetitive cuts.

RUBI TR-MAGNET manual cutters have a high strength two-layer aluminium base with a shock absorption effect, and lateral supports for large tiles.

TR-MAGNET manual cutters are equipped with chromed steel guides, rectified and calibrated, and with anti-corrosion treatment. This double guide system offers the user better and greater visibility of the scoring line, thus obtaining high precision in every cut.

The possibility of using the full range of RUBI interchangeable scoring wheels from 6 to 22 mm, allows for adapting TR-MAGNET manual cutters to each ceramic material, and achieving maximum performance and cut quality.

TR-MAGNET manual cutters include two scoring wheels as standard: one of 6 mm for cutting the tile and another of 10 mm for glazed stoneware. Finally, we should highlight one of the most distinctive and specific aspects of RUBI manual cutters: the transport case with reinforced latches and hinges, to protect and facilitate the portability of our TR-MAGNET manual cutters.
