owned a few houses before this one. But this was going to become the first one I bought on my own. As a mom of two, I wanted my dream bathroom where I could relax. I wanted a unique bathroom, and I must admit that this tile takes a lot of daring. I followed my instincts and went for it. The result is beyond magnificent!

Bohemian touches by Mélanie Designer

he goal was to create a room with a refined, bright atmosphere with bohemian accents. The combination of these two notes is undoubtedly my favourite aspect of the room. It’s a warm, cozy haven to unwind or prepare for the day. With the pairing of the Absolute Cement tiles and Hand Made tiles in a herringbone pattern, we succeeded in making this room unique.  “

A classic touch with a modern twist. My minimalist retro signature. A rather soft cream beige look. Every element of the bathroom has some beige. The antique-style brushed brass bathroom fixtures are also chosen to accompany my beautiful French Classic tiles. Subway tiles, yes, but they’re beige! This option is both retro and modern. The tile I chose for the floor has a clean, matte look and balances the lustre of the wall tiles in the shower. My inspirations for the bathroom are largely French; my clawfoot tub and my beige tiles are French. I love seeking inspiration and bringing it home from the four corners of the world.  “

We wanted a bathroom that was both timeless and bright. I fell in love with the handmade appearance of the Masia tiles. We made all our choices based on them.

First of all, I tried to merge the beautiful and the functional. The choice of ceramic tiles was the crux of the project. The modern farmhouseinspired textures of this bathroom are undoubtedly what give it all its charm

“When we arrived at LaTuilerie, my sweetheart and I were really impressed with the variety of ceramic tiles available. We already had something in mind, and we found exactly what was needed to make our beautiful project a reality. We chose Carrara ceramic tiles. Since this model has rather cool hues (marble-style ceramic tiles), we completed the bathroom with small details that bring warmth to the room (pink towels, plants, gems, etc.). This blend brings the perfect balance that meshes seamlessly with the rest of the house. Months later, we are still as satisfied with our dream bathroom. Thanks, LaTuilerie!”

We wanted a classic chic bathroom in line with current tastes. So, we went back in our memories and decided to reintroduce the charm of black and white tiles. The room’s bright light makes it a place to relax.

With children and an active family, the clients wanted a practical bathroom and a spa look. We made sure that the bathroom would stand the test of time without going out of style. The mix of ceramic tiles with a wood-like appearance and hexagons contributes to the overall creation“.

Here’s what you can do with basement storage when everything is well planned! My clients treated themselves to a brandnew beautiful, practical secondary bathroom for this small space. I am thrilled with the result, which reflects the modern farmhouse style. We fell in love with the tiles on the floor, which steal the show and allow for easy, efficient upkeep!
