Content creator
As a Content Creator, your role will be to manage and promote our online presence on various social media platforms, and produce video and photography content for our social media and website. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams in order to reach our target customers and consolidate the image of our brand.
Team Leader Online Sales and Customer Service
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of online sales advisors and customer service representatives to ensure outstanding customer service via email, phone, or chat.
Online Sales and Customer Service Advisor
Customer Service Web Advisors, accompanied by a Team Leader, will be tasked with providing support to customers throughout the digital purchasing process, whether through chat, email, or phone.
Sales consultant/ Third key holder

Sales consultant (Student Position)
The advisor must deal with customer service and sales as well as product handling according to the workforce and the needs of the day. He must above all give a courteous and professional service to the customers. The advisor must also follow the instructions for the presentation of the goods and maintain and supply the displays.
Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager position consists primarily of managing and monitoring employees and store operations in the manager’s absence. The Assistant Manager must be dynamic and motivated, stand out through his sales results and contribute to the training of other employees. He/she must be available during store opening hours.
